• Starting the Game: At the beginning of each round, players place their bets. Once all bets are placed, each player is dealt two cards, and the dealer also gets two cards, one face up and one face down.

• Player’s Turn: After receiving their initial cards, players have several possible moves:

  1. Hit: Request an additional card to try and get closer to 51.

  2. Stand: Keep their current hand, ending their turn.

  3. Double Down: Double their initial bet and receive one more card.
  4. Split: If the first two cards are of equal value, players can split them, creating two separate hands (this requires an additional bet).

• Dealer’s Turn: Once all players have completed their turns, the dealer reveals their face-down card. The dealer must hit until their hand totals a minimum of 17. If the dealer exceeds 51, any remaining players win the round automatically.

• Closest to 51: The player whose hand is closest to 51 without exceeding it wins the round.
• Special Cases: If both the player and dealer have hands that total the same value under 51, the result is a push, and the player’s bet is returned.

• Winning with a hand that beats the dealer’s hand results in even money payout.
• Achieving a 21 on the first two cards offers a higher payout, predefined by the table rules.
• Additional payouts may apply for special hands like 5-card Charlie, which is when a player holds five cards under 51.

• No card swapping or adjusting is allowed once the initial deal is complete.
• Respect and honesty are required at all times; failure to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification.
